Have a supplier Excel or CSV file that does not match Shopify's product format, or a product import that keeps failing?
I will clean, restructure and validate your file so it is easier to review and prepare for import.
Depending on your package, I can:
- map source columns to the current or buyer-provided Shopify template
- normalize headers, encoding, handles, SKUs, prices and inventory values
- organize simple products and variants
- remove exact duplicate rows and flag possible duplicate products
- check required fields, option relationships and image URL syntax
- deliver the finished CSV, a change log and a QA or exceptions report
I do not invent missing product data or automatically delete uncertain matches.
Store upload, product research, description writing, image scraping, metafields and scanned PDFs are not included unless explicitly agreed in a custom order.
Basic may be ordered directly for a small simple file. For variants, multiple files or an existing Shopify error, please send a sample and the exact error message first.

Do you upload products to my Shopify store?
No. This is a file-only service. I do not need or request your Shopify password, staff account or store credentials.
Can you guarantee Shopify will accept the file?
I validate the file structure and issues included in your package. Final import results can still depend on your store, installed apps, Shopify changes, and missing or ambiguous source data. I document exceptions instead of inventing values.
What counts as one row?
Package limits refer to final SKU or variant rows, not only unique product titles. A product with five variants generally counts as five rows.
How do you handle duplicates?
I remove exact duplicate rows. Possible or fuzzy duplicates are flagged for your decision unless you provide a clear matching rule.
Will you fill in missing product details?
No. I preserve or flag missing and ambiguous information. I do not invent prices, SKUs, inventory, descriptions or other business data.
Can you combine multiple supplier files?
Yes, within the Premium package limits or a custom scope agreed before ordering.
Are descriptions, images and metafields included?
I can clean existing text and image URL fields within the agreed file scope. New copywriting, image collection or scraping, image editing, and advanced metafield work are not included.
How is sensitive data handled?
Please remove passwords, payment data and unnecessary personal information before uploading. This service normally requires only product file data.
