Yes, I respect client confidentiality and i sigh an NDA before starting. All the data and assets provided remain secure and are deleted upon project completion.
Can you retest fixes after we address the bugs?
Yes, my Standard and Premium packages includes one or more rounds of retest to test the reports issues have been resolved.
Which platform and devices do you test on?
I use a mix of real devices , simulators and emulators. For websites and web apps, i cover majorly browser (chrome, Firefox, safari and edge) to ensure cross browser testing, for mobile apps, i test on both Android and iOS phones/tablets running current OS version
