Do you offer ongoing maintenance and support services?
I'm happy to provide support after your project has been completed and delivered, but would need to quote separately for additional requests that was not previously discussed. Any issues that arise from the initial delivery such as bugs or minor requests, I'm happy to help with for free, however!
What is your policy on revisions and feedback?
I offer unlimited revisions as long as your request reasonably falls within the original scope of work. For example, I'm happy to change some text or fix any bugs, but a new feature request that was never previously discussed would need to incur a separate quote.
Do you offer remote connection support?
I'm afraid I don't. Unfortunately there are issues working as a freelancer to providing remote connection support, such as not having proof of delivery, as well as security issues. I can create, modify, and fix scripts, but not directly on your environment.
