This package covers one UTF-8 CSV with up to 100 data rows, 30 columns and 20 MB. I can trim unwanted spaces in specified columns, remove confirmed full-row duplicates, and flag missing required values or email-format issues.
You receive the cleaned CSV, review flags and an audit report showing changes and removed records. Conflicting entries stay visible. I do not guess missing information, rewrite ambiguous dates or merge different people just because they share an email.
I use local scripts, with AI assistance for development and review. The sample shown is synthetic demonstration data, not previous client work.
Please send a small redacted sample and your cleanup rules before ordering. Formula repair, PDFs, web scraping, fuzzy matching and direct CRM imports are outside this package. One revision covers adjustments within the agreed scope.

Will you fill missing data or merge similar records?
No. Missing facts and conflicting records are flagged for your review. Only confirmed full-row duplicates are removed. Similar names or shared email addresses do not prove two records are the same.
