What do you need from me to start the project?
To get started, I will need your event floor plan (2D CAD, PDF, or hand sketch with dimensions), reference images (moodboard, style, colors), and any specific requirements such as branding guidelines, logos, or stage equipment lists.
I only have a rough idea and no exact floor plan. Can you still help?
Absolutely! If you only have a concept, please share your reference images, inspiration, and estimated dimensions. I can help you design the event layout from scratch and bring your vision to life in 3D.
How does the revision process work?
A revision includes minor adjustments such as changing textures, colors, lighting, or moving small objects. Please note that completely changing the design concept or significantly increasing the project scale after the rendering has started may require an additional fee.
My event is much larger than your Premium package. What should I do?
If you are planning a massive music festival, a complex exhibition hall, or a large-scale corporate event, please inbox me before placing an order. I will evaluate your requirements and send you a Custom Offer with a suitable price and timeframe.
Will I get the source file of the 3D model?
The 3D source file is included by default in the Premium package. If you order the Basic or Standard package, you can still add the source file via the "Gig Extras" section during checkout.
Do you create custom 3D models for specific furniture or props?
Yes, I do. If your event requires highly specific, custom-made furniture, stage props, or product displays that need to be modeled from scratch, please let me know in advance so we can discuss the details and timeline.
Can you create a 3D animation or video walkthrough for the event?
Yes! A landscape/event walkthrough video is included in the Premium package. If you need a longer or more detailed cinematic animation, feel free to contact me for a custom quote.
What software do you use for modeling and rendering?
I use industry-standard software to ensure the highest quality. Typically, I model in SketchUp or 3ds Max, render using high-end engines (like V-Ray, D5 Render, Lumion, or Enscape), and perform final post-production in Photoshop for the most photorealistic results.
