This allows you to have exclusively have the jokes/content I write for you. If you're a comedian this means I cannot sell anyone else the same jokes, or if you're a company I can't give the same content to another brand.

If you don't buy the rights waiver this means I can use the jokes I wrote for you in my own personal work or sell them again to another buyer in the future.

Everyone has a different sense of humor. You can look at some of my samples to get an idea of my comedy style. If you placed an order with rewrites, then I'll rewrite anything you didn't like. If you didn't this means you'd have to buy another gig if you didn't like a joke(s).
