I will set up your webflow cms with collections and dynamic pages

About this gig
I set up Webflow CMS collections and bind them to dynamic template pages so your blog, portfolio, case studies, or any repeatable content works properly instead of being hardcoded into static pages.
What I build:
- CMS collections with the fields you specify
- Dynamic template pages for each collection item
- Collection list layouts bound to the right fields
- Reference field relationships between collections
- Basic filtering and sorting using Webflow's native controls
- CSV import (20 items Basic, 60 Standard, 150 Premium)
How it works:
1. You send your content schema and source files
2. I confirm the schema fits Webflow's CMS limits
3. I build collections and template pages in your workspace
4. I import content and verify responsive rendering
5. I send a walkthrough on how to add and publish new items
What I do not do: e-commerce, advanced filtering requiring Finsweet Attributes or custom code, Webflow Localization, or migrating from platforms other than CSV, WordPress, Squarespace, or Notion.
Message me before ordering if you are not sure your project fits.

FAQ
What is the difference between a CMS collection and a regular page?
A page is built once (homepage, about). A collection is a group of repeating items sharing the same structure (blog posts, case studies, team members). You define the structure once and Webflow generates a page for each item using a template. This gig is for setting up that repeating content.
I don't know what fields my collection should have. Can you help me design it?
Yes, but it's outside the base package scope. Message me before ordering and I'll send a custom offer that includes schema design (typically a 30-minute async exchange where I review your content and propose a collection structure).
Can you set up Webflow Ecommerce collections?
No. Webflow Ecommerce is a different product with its own requirements (inventory, variants, checkout, payment processing) and I don't offer that here. If you need a product showcase page without a real cart, that can be done as a regular CMS collection.
Can you import content from Notion or WordPress?
Notion CSV exports work on Premium. Clean CSVs from any source work too. WordPress and Squarespace XML exports need conversion and cleanup, so those are handled as custom offers, not base packages. Migrations over 500 items always need a custom offer.
What if my CSV has messy data?
Webflow's CMS importer is strict about field types: dates need consistent formats, image fields need working URLs, required fields can't be empty. If your CSV has issues, I'll flag them in the kickoff message and we can either clean it together as a custom offer or you clean it before we start.
Can you set up advanced filtering with tags, categories, and search?
I include Webflow's native collection list filtering and sorting in Standard and Premium. Advanced filtering with live tag selection or search-as-you-type requires Finsweet Attributes or custom code, which I don't offer in this gig. If you need that, look for a Finsweet specialist.
Can you build multi-language CMS content?
Webflow Localization is a newer feature with its own setup process that I don't currently offer as a gig. If multi-language is required, message me first and I'll let you know whether I can help via a custom offer.
How do I edit CMS items after you deliver?
Every package includes a short walkthrough showing how to add, edit, and publish items via Webflow's Editor or Designer. The Premium package also includes a written training doc your team can reference.
Will my existing site break when you add the CMS?
No. CMS setup adds new collections and pages without modifying existing static pages unless you explicitly ask me to connect them. When there's any risk, I work in a staging branch or test page first.
