Your product needs an enclosure that protects the electronics, fits manufacturing, and looks market-ready not just a shape that renders nicely.
I design PCB enclosures for consumer electronics, wearables, sensor housings, and waterproof devices focused on parts that actually build correctly: wall thickness, screw bosses, snap-fits, gasket/O-ring seating for IP-rated designs, and battery/connector clearances.
Every enclosure is modeled in Rhino/SolidWorks and delivered manufacturing-ready, with files set up for CNC, injection molding, or 3D printing whichever fits your production plan.
Packages range from a basic model + files + single render, to a standard package with 5 render images, up to a premium package with full renders and a product animation all built on the same manufacturing-ready 3D files.
Portfolio PDFs and images from past wearable, sensor, and waterproof enclosure projects are attached for reference.

FAQ
What file formats will I receive?
You'll get STEP and DXF files by default (compatible with any CAD software), plus the enclosure files formatted for your intended manufacturing method.
Do I need to send you a PCB file, or is a photo enough?
A PCB file (Gerber, STEP, or even a dimensioned drawing) gives the most accurate result, but if you only have a photo with rough measurements, I can still build the enclosure around it — just flag that upfront so I can confirm critical clearances with you before finalizing.
Do you sign an NDA?
Yes, happy to sign one before you share any proprietary PCB or product details.
