Can you guarantee A grade (90% +) on GTMetrix/Google PageSpeed?
This depends on your site/server and can vary, but please send me a message and I can then have a look at your site and provide you with a free consultation :) - I have lots of experience speeding up bloated sites! and am sure I can help.
Namecheap EasyWP, Wordpress.com or other Managed WP
I cannot perform the optimization on hosting providers like Namecheap EasyWP or wordpress.com as it doesn't allow us to use caching plugins in order to optimize from website level, they use nginx server-side caching and sadly we can't disable it!
Server Issue with server-side caching!
if there is any server-side caching (Nginx or varnish) I'll need your hosting panel details in order to disable it till I work on the website (GoDaddy/wp-engine has it mostly). Your login will be safe with me. ( Privacy matter). And please remember to remove it after I'm done.
