One revision is included for adjustments within the original instructions.
I am bilingual in English and French. Instructions, communication and the report can be in either language.

What types of PDF files can you convert?
I work with digital PDFs containing selectable text and clearly aligned tables, with or without gridlines. Scans, photos, handwriting, complex merged cells and rows split across pages are not included. If you are unsure, send a sample before ordering.
What does the basic package include?
One digital PDF with up to 5 pages, 250 data rows in total and 15 columns. All limits apply. The package covers one continuous table with a consistent column layout. You receive an Excel (XLSX) file, a UTF-8 CSV and a brief check report.
Will you preserve product codes, empty cells and duplicates?
Yes. Codes are stored as text to preserve leading zeros. Empty cells stay empty, actual zeros stay zero, and duplicates and row order are retained. This is faithful extraction, not data cleaning. When importing the CSV into Excel, code columns must be imported as text.
Can I send instructions in French?
Yes. I am bilingual in English and French. You can send instructions and discuss your project in either language. Your check report can also be in English or French. The source data is preserved without translation.
What does the included revision cover?
One revision covers adjustments within the original instructions, such as agreed column names or date formats. A different source file, additional pages or new extraction requirements are outside the original scope. Please message me first for larger or more complex projects.
