What file formats will I receive?
By default I deliver the Blender (.blend) file. If you need other formats (OBJ/FBX/GLB/GLTF/USDZ) or specific texture exports, please select the relevant extra or tell me what your platform requires.
Are labels/text and small details included?
Basic label placement is included if you provide the label artwork (PNG/PDF). If you need me to recreate a label, rebuild typography, or design packaging, please message me first so I can quote it properly.
Can you model from photos only (no CAD)?
Yes—most ecommerce products can be modeled from good reference photos. If the product is complex (many parts, mechanical details, or exact tolerances), I may recommend you send drawings/CAD or order an “Advanced 3D model” extra.
What do you need from me to start?
I need clear product photos (front/back + close-ups), a link to the product page if available, and at least one real-world measurement (height/width) so I can scale the model correctly.
