Do you supply copy
Please supply the text content for the email. I am not a copywriter however if you do not have any copy I can provide a light copy which would consist of information taken off your website and best practice headlines along with demo text. This will all be editable so you can change it.
Do you send the emails
No, I only design these.
How do you access the account.
For Klaviyo and Mailchimp, I will require a staff account.
How long does this take?
This depends on your requirements.
How does Dark Mode affect my emails?
Some recipients use Dark Mode, which may invert colours. This is outside our control.
Will the email look perfect on all inboxes?
Every inbox is different. Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail and other email clients may display emails slightly differently. Users will view these on different devices. This is outside our control.
