What file format should I send you?
I accept any format — JPG, PNG, PDF, AI, EPS, or even a photo of your design. The cleaner the artwork, the better the result, but I can work with whatever you have. When in doubt, send it and I'll let you know.
What machine brands do your files work with?
My files are compatible with Brother, Janome, Bernina, Husqvarna, Singer, Tajima, Barudan, and most commercial and home embroidery machines. Just tell me your machine model and I'll send the right format.
Do you offer revisions if the design doesn't stitch out correctly?
Yes — unlimited revisions are included in every package. If you have issues with thread breaks, density, or any technical problem, send me a photo and I'll fix it at no extra charge. Your satisfaction is guaranteed.
