Thanks for checking my gig. I'm a former Buddhist monk, currently working as a meditation coach and content creator for all things meditation-related. I have thousands of hours of meditation practice and silent retreat time behind me.

I'm fluent in a number of topics related to spirituality and self development but I specialize in early Buddhism, having studied the early texts -the Pāli canon- in its original language.
