Need to extract structured data from documents into Excel, CSV or JSON?

What types of PDF files can you process?
I can process text-based PDFs and, when feasible, scanned PDFs using OCR. For scans, photos or complex layouts, please send a representative sample before ordering.
Can you extract data from invoices and similar documents?
Yes. I can extract structured fields such as invoice numbers, dates, names, amounts and other repeated information when the document layout allows reliable extraction.
Can you process multiple PDF files?
Yes. Standard and Premium packages cover multiple PDFs with the same or a similar structure. If your documents use very different layouts, please contact me first.
Which output formats can you provide?
I can export the extracted data to Excel (.xlsx), CSV or JSON. The structure and fields will be agreed based on your requirements and sample documents.
Should I contact you before ordering?
Please contact me first for scanned PDFs, poor-quality documents, handwritten content, complex tables or different layouts. I can review a sample and confirm feasibility.
