Stop copying order totals into PDFs by hand. Get a reusable Python script that validates your order CSV and creates a clear PDF report.
This package covers one agreed CSV layout with up to 7 fields and 1,000 rows per file, one PDF template, and quantity x unit price calculations. Each row must be one single-product order with a unique order ID. Formats and currencies are agreed from your sample. Run the script locally on Python 3.10+ with ReportLab, using a file or folder.
You receive the script, an example PDF, a validation report, an error log and run instructions. IDs stay intact; currency totals remain separate. Invalid rows and duplicate IDs are logged. A PDF is created only when the entire file passes validation. Source files stay unchanged. One in-scope revision is included.

This package runs on a local file or folder when you launch it. Email connections, hosting and scheduled execution need a separately agreed scope.
Will it change my source files?
The workflow creates new output files and preserves the original CSV. It reports invalid records instead of silently guessing replacements.
Is this an invoice or accounting system?
The output is an order report. This package calculates quantity x unit price; tax, shipping, discounts and statutory invoice requirements are outside the listed scope.
What does the revision cover?
One correction round to the agreed mapping, calculations or PDF layout. New data sources, additional templates or integrations require a separate quote.
