I will draw floor plans and elevations in autocad

Hello, I am José, a professional architect with 5 years of experience using CAD tools. For construction, planning is a fundamental role since it guarantees the efficiency and order of the tasks, in this way, a general plan allows you to visualize the tasks to be carried out and the measures that are implemented, in addition to facilitating the calculation of materials and work time. On the other hand, when the work is finished, the plans facilitate any future intervention that may be carried out.

This service will include:

• Drawing plans from sketches, photos, PDF or SketchUp files.
• Use of measurements (decimal or imperial).
• Application of furniture and referential textures.
• Source file in DWG format.
• Delivery documentation in PDF format.

Does not include design services, if required, please notify by message before requesting the service.

To start the work I will need the plan, either in a freehand sketch or photos (both with legible measurements), a file in PDF or SketchUp format.
