Hi there, I am an expert in Mechanical Design (CAD products and moulds), CAE Structural analysis (FEA), and Manufacturing of metal and composite parts (e.g., carbon fibre-epoxy). 8+ years of experience working with Tier 1 & 2 global aerospace suppliers. High knowledge and skills in the development of composite material structures.


I can assist on following:


1. Designing a product (CAD part) using Inventor Pro, SolidWorks or CatiaV5.

2. Designing lay-up moulds, machining moulds and/or assembly jigs.

3. 3D modelling, sketching, 2D drawings (GD&T), drafting.

4. Running CAE structural analysis using Nastran and Ansys (but not only limited to aerospace parts/assemblies). Type of analysis: static, linear, non-linear, explicit impact, vibration (modal, shock, sine), thermoelastic.

5. CAM CNC (3-axis) programming.

6. Consulting services on composite materials and structures

7. Consulting services on product testing, manufacturing, and industrialization.
