Do I need my own n8n account?
I build on n8n Cloud or on a self-hosted instance, yours either way. I can set up either from zero. Subscription costs (n8n, AI APIs) are yours and I will tell you the realistic monthly number before you order.
Which AI tools can the workflow use?
OpenAI, Claude, ElevenLabs, HeyGen, Veo, Creatomate/JSON2Video and most tools with an API. I recommend a stack based on your budget per video.
Will you need my passwords?
No. You create the accounts and add credentials in your own n8n instance; where a connection is needed I guide you through generating API keys. The system is yours from day one.
Does it post automatically? Is that allowed?
Yes, publishing goes through the platforms' official APIs (YouTube Data API, Meta Graph API, TikTok's API), which is the compliant way to automate posting. I do not build bots that fake human activity.
Can the automation also MAKE good videos?
Assembly-style videos (voiceover + visuals + captions), yes, fully automated. For ad-level creative, pair this gig with my AI video ads gig: the pipeline handles volume, I handle the hero pieces.
What happens when something breaks?
Every build ships with error handling and failure alerts. Inside the support window I fix issues free; after that, message me for a maintenance custom offer.
How do revisions work here?
A revision adjusts the agreed workflow (prompts, formatting, timing, destinations). Adding new integrations or new branches is scoped as an extra or a new order.
Can you migrate my Make.com or Zapier setup to n8n?
Yes, send what you have in the order form and I will map the equivalent (usually cheaper to run) n8n build.
