What information do you need to start an EV or power PCB design?
I need voltage and current ratings, power levels, board size, layer expectations, and the application (BMS, charger, DC-DC, motor driver, etc.). A block diagram, reference design, or basic specs are enough to begin.
Are your designs suitable for high-current and thermal-critical applications?
Yes. My layouts are optimized for high current paths, copper pours, thermal vias, and heat dissipation to reduce voltage drop and overheating in power electronics and EV systems.
Do you design complete battery management systems (BMS)?
I design the PCB hardware for BMS and battery-related boards. Firmware, cell balancing algorithms, and safety certification are not included unless discussed separately.
Are the files ready for fabrication with heavy-copper or power PCB manufacturers?
Yes. All designs are fabrication-ready and follow standard power PCB design rules. If you have a specific manufacturer or copper thickness requirement, I can align the design accordingly.
Can changes be made after delivery?
Revisions are included based on your selected package. Changes outside the original scope (higher current, extra stages, major topology changes) may require an additional order.
