A revision is an incremental change (adding or changing how a character acts, changing a plot detail, adjusting a setting or tone in a few scenes). This is different from a "rewrite," which is a complete do-over of a draft (50% or more). Revisions are included, rewrites will incurr additional fees.

Yes, this is why it is important to give me all your important details and be as specific as possible in your order details to avoid incurring extra fees. I consider a rewrite a change in >50% of the already-delivered text, and charge 1/4 of the per-word fee for each rewrite.

The first draft is a creator's "best first guess" at what the final draft will be. Through revisions--often many revisions--the final draft is discovered. Working in collaboration with others, this process can take many drafts as the two work together to come to the final draft.

Sorry, no. I don't work miracles. It's normal for the first draft to contain typos, inconsistencies, and a few messy sentences — these things get ironed over in the revision process! Story ideas change and evolve throughout the process, so communication is key!
