About this Gig
I provide high-quality preprocessing and analysis of neuroimaging data for clinical, research, and cognitive neuroscience studies. Supported modalities include MRI, fMRI, DWI, and PET. I work with human and preclinical datasets.
Methods follow reproducible pipelines using FSL, SPM, ANTs, FreeSurfer, MRtrix, AFNI, Nilearn.
Examples of outputs:
- Structural: cortical thickness & ROI volumetry
- fMRI: GLM, seed-based connectivity, resting-state networks
- DWI: FA/MD tensor maps, tract-based or ROI summaries
- PET: uptake quantification aligned to MRI
Deliverables:
- Clean preprocessed data
- Visualizations (QC + results)
- Concise PDF report with interpretations
Before starting, I request dataset details and an example file to confirm feasibility and define the analysis workflow.
The goal is to produce clear, reliable, and publication-ready results.
Optional (on request):
We can build automated pipelines that generate PDF reports, QC montages, ROI metrics, connectivity matrices, and optional normative comparisons producing ready-to-interpret results suitable for clinicians or researchers.
