I provide end-to-end preprocessing and analysis for EEG / MEG / ECoG / iEEG / LFP / fMRI data.

Suitable for clinical, cognitive, resting-state, neuromodulation, and preclinical (rodent/NHP) studies.

Methods:

• Preprocessing: filtering, artifact/line-noise removal, bad-channel detection/interpolation, referencing, optional ICA/SSP.
• Spectral & Time-Frequency: PSD (Welch/multitaper), TFR (Morlet), band-power (δ-HG).
• Connectivity: coherence, PLV, wPLI, dynamic windows, graph metrics.
• fMRI: preprocessing (fMRIPrep/AFNI), seed-based connectivity, structural-functional integration.
• QC: SNR, PSD sanity checks, preprocessing log.

Deliverables:

• PDF report with key figures (PSD, TFR, connectivity, QC)
• High-res PNGs
• Cleaned data export + CSV metrics
• (Optional) reproducible notebook (Python/Matlab/MNE)
