About this Gig
I have 25 years experience as a restaurateur and chef de cuisine, and over 10 years experience as a recipe editor. I offer a professional recipe and cookbook editing service that is essential if you wish to publish a cookbook. I don't have a set price for cookbook editing as each project is different, so contact me with the details and I will offer you a custom price for your project.
I can also re-write or edit existing recipes to suit cookbooks. ebooks and blogs/websites as well as writing custom recipes for you.
I have travelled extensively and can cook many cuisines: French, Portuguese, Spanish, Thai, Indian, South African, Italian, Swiss, German as well as styles such as Mediterranean, Paleo, slow-cooker, barbecue and outdoor-cooking amongst others.
