I will do mechanical rig 3d and machine rig in blender for animation

About this gig
Need a mechanical rig 3D setup that actually moves the way a real machine would with proper joint constraints, driver-linked pistons, and synchronized mechanical motion?
I build professional mechanical rigging in Blender for robots, industrial machinery, cranes, excavators, robotic arms, and any mechanical asset that needs to move accurately and believably.
What I build:
- Custom mechanical rig 3D built to your specific machine's geometry
- Gear rotation synchronized to correct ratio via drivers
- Hinge, pivot, and telescoping joint setup
- Machine rig blender setup with proper bone hierarchy and mechanical limits
- Bone constraint setup for realistic joint rotation limits and locking
- Blender mech rig for robotic arms, cranes, excavators, and industrial machinery
- Full mechanical rigging for complex multi-part machine assemblies
Works for robots, robotic arms, industrial machines, construction vehicles, sci-fi machinery, and any mechanical prop or asset.
Software: Blender
Output: .blend / FBX (game-ready on Premium)
Message me before ordering for very large or complex multi-part industrial machinery or full robot body mechanical rigging.

FAQ
What kinds of mechanical assets can you rig?
I rig robotic arms, cranes, excavators, industrial machines, pistons, gear systems, construction vehicles, sci-fi machinery, and any mechanical prop or asset with moving parts. If your machine has an unusual mechanism message me before ordering to confirm scope.
How do you handle pistons and gear ratios in the mechanical rig?
Pistons are driven automatically by parent bone movement using Blender's driver system — so they extend and compress correctly without manual animation. Gear ratios are set up as synchronized rotation drivers so gears turn at the correct speed relative to each other.
Can you rig a full robotic arm with multiple joints?
Yes. Full robotic arm mechanical rigging with multiple joint constraints, rotation limits, and driver-linked end effector movement is included in Standard and Premium packages.
Will the mechanical rig export correctly to UE5 or Unity?
Yes. Game-ready FBX export for Unreal Engine 5 or Unity is included in the Premium package, with bone naming and export settings optimized for your target engine. Constraint-based mechanical rigging is converted to bone animation for clean engine compatibility.
Can you set up animator-friendly controls for the mechanical rig?
Yes. Custom control bones with clear labels and intuitive movement handles are included in Standard and Premium packages, making the mechanical rig easy to animate without needing to know the underlying driver structure.
How do you handle rotation limits on mechanical joints?
Joint rotation limits are set using Blender's bone constraints — Limit Rotation constraints with minimum and maximum angles defined per axis — so joints can only move within their physically realistic range of motion.
What files will I receive when the order is complete?
The fully rigged .blend source file with all drivers and constraints intact. Premium orders include a game-ready FBX export with baked animation for UE5 or Unity compatibility.
