When a recording holds something that can't be released- a name, an address, a confidential or protected detail it has to be removed completely and provably. That's precise work, and I treat it that way.
I redact sensitive audio for legal disclosure, HR investigations, insurance and medical records, journalism, and public release depositions, interviews, recorded statements, calls, body-cam and CCTV audio. I also produce clean, broadcast-safe versions with profanity removed.
My process is deliberate. You define what comes out, by name, term, or timestamp. I remove it cleanly using your chosen method bleep, silence, or muffle and ensure the redacted content is genuinely gone from the file and cannot be recovered. I then run a second review pass to catch anything sensitive you may have missed.
You receive the redacted audio and a timestamped log of every edit a clear, verifiable record of exactly what was removed and where.

How is the information removed— a bleep or silence?
Your choice: an audible bleep tone (shows clearly that something was removed), clean silence, or muffling. Just tell me which you prefer.

Can you redact video too?
