I audit Drupal 7, 9, and 10 sites and tell you what it will take to get to Drupal 11.
WHAT YOU GET
Compatibility audit (all packages). I go through every contrib module, custom module, theme, and integration on your site and sort each into three groups: has a Drupal 11 version, has a replacement, or needs custom work. You get a written report with a recommendation for each.
Upgrade plan (Standard and Premium). The audit turned into an ordered list of steps, with an hour estimate for each and a total for the whole upgrade. Use it to budget, schedule, or hand off to another developer.
First sprint (Premium). 20 hours of upgrade work on the highest-priority items from the plan, followed by a progress report showing what's done and what's left.

Do you need access to my live site?
No. A copy of the codebase and a database export is enough, and a staging copy works fine. If you'd rather give admin access, that works too. Nothing on your site is changed during the audit.
My site is on Drupal 7. Is this an upgrade or a rebuild?
Technically a migration. Drupal 7 to 11 means a new codebase with your content and configuration moved over. The report and plan are written with that in mind, including which D7 modules have no direct D11 equivalent.
How accurate is the hour estimate?
It's based on what's actually installed on your site, so it's a solid basis for budgeting. Custom modules and unusual content structures are the least predictable part, so I flag those and give a range where the work is uncertain instead of a single number.
Will you do the actual upgrade?
Premium includes a 20-hour first sprint. After that you can add more sprints as a gig extra, or I can send a custom offer for the rest of the plan once we both know the scope.
Can I hand the plan to another developer or agency?
Yes. It's written to stand on its own: ordered steps, hour estimates, and the reasoning behind each recommendation. Some buyers use it to get competing quotes.
What if my site has a lot of custom code or modules?
Send me a rough module count before ordering. Sites with 100 or more contrib modules or heavy custom code need the "Large site" extra so I can give the audit the time it needs. Message me and I'll tell you which applies.
Does the audit cover hosting and PHP?
Yes. Drupal 11 needs a current PHP version and up-to-date dependencies. The report flags whether your hosting is ready or will need changes as part of the upgrade.
What's the difference between Basic and Standard?
Basic tells you what's compatible and what isn't. Standard adds the plan: what to do, in what order, and how long each step should take. If you only need the compatibility picture, Basic is enough. If you need a number to budget against, get Standard.
