Do I need a WhatsApp Business account before ordering?
No. I set up your Meta Business account, WhatsApp Business Platform access and Cloud API from scratch. If you already have a verified Meta Business account, I connect to it instead, which saves time.
Which AI model does the chatbot use?
OpenAI GPT by default. I can also connect Claude or other LLMs if you prefer. The AI is prompted and restricted to your business rules, so it stays on topic.
What is a RAG chatbot and do I need one?
RAG lets the bot answer from your own documents, such as price lists, policies, FAQs and product catalogs, instead of guessing. If your answers must be accurate and specific to your business, you need it. It's included in the Premium package and available as an extra on Standard
Can the bot hand over to a human agent?
Yes. The bot can pass the conversation to your team when a customer asks for a person or the bot can't answer, and it sends you a notification with the chat context.
Which CRMs and tools can you connect?
HubSpot, Zoho, Google Sheets, Airtable and most tools with an API or webhook, through n8n, Make or Zapier. Message me if you use something else and I'll confirm compatibility first.
Which payment gateways do you support?
Stripe, Paystack and Flutterwave. Payment links are sent in the chat and confirmations update your CRM or order sheet automatically.
Who pays for the WhatsApp API, OpenAI and hosting costs?
You do, directly to each provider. Meta charges per conversation, OpenAI charges per usage, and n8n needs hosting (cloud or self-hosted). I'll estimate your monthly running costs before we start so there are no surprises.
Will I get the workflow files and documentation?
Yes, on Standard and Premium. You receive the n8n workflow files and a short setup guide, and your accounts stay under your ownership.
Do you offer support after delivery?
I include a support window after delivery for bug fixes on what I built. Ongoing maintenance and new features can be added as a custom offer.
Can the bot work in more than one language?
Yes. Standard supports 2 languages and Premium supports 3 or more. The bot detects the customer's language and replies in it.
