What do I need to send your way to get started?
Just shoot over your product details, any special features you want the spotlight on, and if you’ve got 'em, those nifty brand guidelines. Got a style or vibe in mind? Let me in on it, and I’ll make the magic happen!
How do we sort out the product for unboxing/demo videos?
You’ll need to mail your product to my studio. After the shoot, if you want your product back (I won’t take it personally), just cover the return postage, and it’s all yours again.
Can I ask for changes to the video?
Absolutely! Perfection is a process. Revisions are available for an extra fee at checkout. We can chat to ensure you get the tweaks you need.
What if my video needs are more epic in scale?
Dreaming bigger? Fantastic! Drop me a line for a custom quote. Whether it’s longer, flashier, or something never seen before, I’m here for it . . . within a smidge of reason.
When will my video be ready to wow the audience?
From pressing 'record' to final cut, allow 4-5 days depending on the package. Grab yourself 'Extra Fast Delivery' at checkout to shrink that to 2 days. Also, bear in mind that once I submit the video to my Amazon Creator Hub, it takes a few additional days for it to be approved and published.
Are there any products you don’t work with?
I’m open to most things, but I steer clear of the illegal, the risqué, and the highly regulated. If you’re not sure, let’s talk before you ship.
Can you post the video directly to my Amazon Storefront?
Nope. Amazon doesn't allow it. And, I don't think we would want them to. I will happily post it to mine, though! Then, if you'd like to own the rights, select the add-on at checkout, and it's yours for the posting anywhere else you'd like!
What's your secret to killer unboxing videos?
It’s all about the unbox-factor! I'm just a kid trapped inside of a big, bearded dude's physique with a flare for the dramatic. Think of it as less of a box, more of a treasure chest . . . on Christmas morning! But, don't worry—I'll keep it real.
Are your package prices negotiable?
