Why Manager ? Because you will be able to manage your life on your own pretty soon. But before we get started I need to know your :

- current weight
- activities/hobbies/sports you do
- job
- and true purpose

What you need to now:
Rookie:
- If you're no sure if this is to expensive, probably trash or scam than this might your package to go. You will get a 4 Week Plan with a grocery list for your diet and basic understanding of nutrition.
Student:
- If you're really looking forward to change someting for quite a time, than this might be your package. You will get a 8 Week Plan with fundamental knowledge about nutrition and dieting. Also a grocery list and what supplement's you could take.
Manager:
- Congratulation ! If you choose this package you REALLY want to enter a new life, no you want to manage your life. Your will get full diet plan with all benefits you see in the package information and maybe more. ;)
