Will I provide copy?
We can use your copy but a standard practice is that we have our email copy that we can use in the design if the customer so wishes.
What about the platform for my email campaign?
Customers can choose the platforms which they can program their campaigns but for the most part, I use Klaviyo which is popular in the industry.
What do you think about video in my email campaigns?
Video is not a must for email campaigns but depending on your target market, we can incorporate video or even GIFs which go well with email campaigns.
Do I get the original file design?
Definitely yes
What is your design tool?
Canva for the most part but we can use photoshop as well.
