This is a BIM STANDARD One-stop shop for all your high-quality architectural design needs, such as NEW CONSTRUCTION HOUSE PLANS, REMODELING HOUSE PLANS, FRAMING PLANS etc.
We also provide BIM STANDARD 3D BUILDING MODEL and CAD DRAWINGS for engineers and architects.
NOTE: The prices listed on the gig are the base (least price I can charge) price I'll charge for each project.
Each project is unique, and I like to treat it as such. I examine each project, and I charge accordingly. I consider the size of the project, the client's requirements and the man-hours I'll spend on the project before giving a quote.
