Can you research restaurants and attractions near my property?
Yes. All of my packages include individually researched local recommendations. I'll check available information about each place and choose options that suit your location and the type of guests you're hosting.
Can I edit the welcome book afterwards?
Of course! Every package includes an editable Canva link alongside the finished PDF. You can update things like Wi-Fi details, house rules and local recommendations whenever you need to.
Do you work with properties outside the UK?
Yes! I'm based in England, but I can create English language welcome books for properties anywhere in the world. I use reliable translation tools to help me understand local websites and information, allowing me to research recommendations and check their suitability for your guests.
Can you deliver within 24 hours?
Yes, all packages includes 24 hour delivery once I have the information needed to start. If you need a larger guide urgently, please message me before ordering so I can check whether the deadline is realistic.
What does a revision include?
A revision covers reasonable changes to the original guide, such as correcting details, adjusting wording or making small layout changes. Additional pages or a completely different design would require a separate quote.
Do you need access to my Airbnb account?
No. You provide the property information and I'll deliver your guide as a PDF and editable Canva file. You can then share it with guests yourself. There is no need to share account passwords or active door-entry codes.
