Yes, if the call reaches voicemail after or before 4 rings, I will leave a short voicemail, leaving your company's name and phone number. However, if I leave a voicemail, it forfeits another call attempt. You may opt for a callback instead of a voicemail in the order requirements.

My phone system can send texts to a single number. Clients can choose to have me send a short text with a link to provide more details, but ONLY IF THE PROSPECT GIVES PERMISSION OVER THE PHONE. I do not run text message campaigns, nor send unsolicited text messages.
