I am in the EST time zone, and I can adjust to all USA and Canada time zones. However, I can only make calls to the United States and Canada.

I deliver an Excel file containing all your leads, call notes, names, emails, and appointments. All others such as call script, will be in Microsoft Office and/or PDF formats

A call is a dialing attempt. I will make another attempt (callback) if there is no answer after 4 rings. A callback will occur back-to-back unless a prospect requests one later, and it falls within the cold calling campaign timeframe.

If the call reaches voicemail after or before 4 rings, I will leave a short voicemail, leaving your company's name and phone number. If I leave a voicemail, I will not call back. You may opt for a callback instead of a voicemail in the order requirements.

My phone system can send texts to a single number. Clients can choose to have me send a short text with a link to provide more details, but ONLY IF THE PROSPECT GIVES PERMISSION OVER THE PHONE. I do not run text message campaigns, nor send unsolicited text messages.

There is a universal cold-calling standard: for 100-150 cold calls, you can typically get 1-2% warm leads (interested prospects), which is about 2-4. I have been able to obtain 7 from 150 leads, and 4 from a list of 10 leads. It all depends on the leads, target market, and your products/services.

I don't secure or promise any sales. Cold-calling requires a follow-up since the leads are people who haven't expressed interest, and managers are more than likely busy. It is completely up to you to follow up with the warm leads (interested prospects) that I find during the cold-calling process.
