How do you access my Shopify store?
I use Shopify's official Collaborator Access feature. This means I can work on your store without needing your login credentials — keeping your account safe and secure. I'll send a collaborator request once you place your order, and you can revoke access at any time.
How long will my bug fix take?
Most simple to medium bugs are fixed within 24 hours of receiving access. Complex issues or multiple bugs may take 2–3 days. I always give you a realistic timeline upfront, and I'll keep you updated throughout the process.
What if the bug isn't fixed or comes back?
I offer unlimited revisions — if the issue isn't resolved to your satisfaction, I'll keep working on it at no extra charge. I also provide a short post-delivery support window in case anything related to the fix resurfaces.
Will fixing the bug affect the rest of my store?
Never. Before touching anything, I duplicate your theme and work on the copy. Once everything is tested and confirmed working, I apply changes to your live theme. Your store is always protected throughout the process.
I have multiple bugs — can you fix them all?
