Yes. The bot has an offline fallback mode built in. But for full AI-powered replies and smart responses, you'll need an OpenAI API key. I'll guide you on how to get one—it takes about 5 minutes.
Do I need to provide my own hosting or domain?
No. I deliver the complete, working codebase ready to be deployed. If you want me to deploy it to a live server for you, add the "Deploy to live server" extra when placing your order.
Can I add more products after delivery?
Yes. The product catalog is designed to be easy to update. I'll hand over clean, documented code so you or your team can add products without touching the core logic.
Do you use templates or build from scratch?
Everything is built from scratch using Next.js, React, and Python FastAPI. No WordPress, no Shopify, no page builders. You get clean, maintainable code you actually own.
What do I need to send you before you start?
