A: No. I design programs for any situation — full gym, home workouts with basic equipment, or bodyweight only. Just let me know what you have available when you place your order.
Q: How do you personalize the plan?
A: After you place your order I'll send you a short questionnaire covering your goal, fitness level, schedule, equipment and any injuries or limitations. The program is built from scratch based on your answers.
Q: What format will I receive the plan in?
A: You'll receive a clear, structured PDF ready to follow from day one. Premium orders also include an Excel progress tracking template.
Q: Can you make a plan for football players?
A: Yes, this is one of my specialities. I can design programs that improve your physical performance on the pitch — speed, strength, endurance — while fitting around your training and match schedule.
Q: What if I have an injury or physical limitation?
A: Just mention it in the questionnaire. I have experience in adapted physical activity and will adjust the program accordingly.
