How do you handle PCB sizing and shapes?
I optimize PCB layouts to make the board as compact as possible while helping reduce manufacturing costs. I can also create custom-shaped PCB designs based on your requirements. Additional charges may apply for custom board shapes.
What files do you need to design the PCB?
If you already have a schematic or circuit diagram, you can send it to get started. Source files are preferred, but if you only have a PDF or image of the circuit diagram, I can recreate the schematic and use it to design the PCB.
What files will you provide, and how will they be used?
For PCB manufacturing, I will provide the required Gerber files, typically delivered as a ZIP package that can be sent directly to any PCB manufacturer for fabrication. I will also provide the schematic for component assembly
I have a circuit design. Can you convert it into a PCB layout?
Yes, I can create a complete PCB layout for your project based on the schematic or circuit diagram you provide.
Do you provide Eagle source files?
Eagle source files are not required for PCB manufacturing or assembly. I will provide all the necessary files needed to send to your PCB manufacturer. If you specifically need the Eagle source files, you can request them and I can include them with the final delivery.
