What kind of access do you need to perform the site move / copy?
I will need ADMIN access to your WordPress on the SOURCE and the DESTINATION website. If your site is really large, then I may need FTP or cPanel access to move the larger files.
I'm not much technical with WordPress website migration process so will you keep care of whole process?
Yes! I will take care of everything myself (database and files) - you don't have to have any technical knowledge about the migration.

No Problem, I can migrate upto 10gb size website. But it will take more time to be completed.
What is the difference between migration from domain to domain and one host to another?
Domain to domain migration does not require updating of nameservers while one host to another host migration requires that thus it take 6 hour max to complete the process
What is dns? is it important to update them while migrating to new host?
dns are nameservers that are important to update while migrating to new host if u are planning to use services from ur new hosting company..
