What file do I need to send you?
Send your content as a Word document. Include your preferred trim size, page count, and any specific layout instructions. If you are unsure about trim size I will recommend the best option for your journal type before we start.
What trim sizes do you work with?
The most popular trim sizes for journals and planners on KDP are 6x9, 5x8, and 8.5x11. I work with all standard KDP trim sizes. Message me if you need a custom size and I will confirm availability before you order.
Will my journal pass Amazon KDP review?
Yes. Every file I deliver is set up to meet Amazon KDP technical requirements including correct margins, bleed settings, and file format. If KDP flags any technical issue with my delivered files I will fix it at no extra charge.
Can you format a journal with different page types?
Yes. Many journals combine lined pages, blank pages, dot grid pages, and prompt sections. I can format mixed page layouts and ensure every section transitions cleanly throughout the interior.
Do you include front matter and back matter?

Yes. The Standard and Premium packages include both a KDP-ready print PDF and a Kindle EPUB file. The Basic package covers print only message me if you need the ebook version added and I will quote you.

Basic covers up to 120 pages, Standard up to 150 pages, and Premium up to 200 pages. If your journal is longer than 200 pages message me for a custom quote before ordering.
Will I own the formatted files after delivery?
Yes. You keep full ownership of all delivered files. You can use them to publish on Amazon KDP, IngramSpark, or any other platform.
