I will provide tailor made service for your STR business:
- set up your OTA listings (Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com etc) and integrate with your PMS (Hostaway, Hospitable, Guesty or whichever you prefer).
- For standard package, I will also set up automated messages for Guests. This will include soem general templates (and whatever else you want me to add)
- In the premium package, I will make a guidebook for your guests. You can download it and keep it on your property or send it to them before check-in.
Note: It is best to have a short call or meeting before I start working on your listing. It will help us understand the process and make everything efficient.

Some very general automated messages: checkin instructions, checkout instructions, booking confirmation, Review request etc. If there are other messages you want to send out to every guest, let me know and I will add it . [Again, its best to have a quick meeting before I start these tasks]

It includes instructions, house rules, manual on how to use appliances, Wifi and door codes, trash disposal instructions, recommendations for local restaurants and nearby instructions. Guests wont have to reach out as much if the guidebook is provided
