Know about me and my work process.

Basically, I follow the human-centered design for UX Design. Always I try to focus on high usability, less effort to complete the task, and a high conversion rate. My educational background is in psychology so, I know well about human emotion, feelings or thoughts, and other stuff about a product.

First of all, I do empathize with the targeted end-user. I collect and identify their feelings, thoughts, behaviors, emotions, and pain points on the exact product. Then I evaluate in sequences the user personas, Information architecture, user flow, wireframes, iterate the whole process, and then I create a high fidelity mockup. At the end, I do prototypes for testing.
