Does your bundle include video and photo editing?
Yes. All bundles include professional editing of the content captured during your event. Videos are edited into polished highlight reels with color correction, music, and branding elements where required, while photos are professionally selected and enhanced for final delivery.
Do I own the raw footage and photos from my event?
No. Your package includes the final edited deliverables specified in your bundle, such as the highlight reel and edited photos. Raw video footage and unedited photos remain the property of the creator and are not included in standard packages. Raw video footage can be purchased separately at R20 per
How do I secure my booking?
A 50% deposit is required to secure your event date. Dates are only confirmed once the deposit has been received.
When is the final payment due?
The remaining balance is due before the final videos and photos are delivered.
Do you travel to my event location?
Travel within Somerset West, strand and Stellenbosch is included in all packages. Events outside these areas may incur additional travel costs including international travel.
Can you match my company's branding?
Yes. I can incorporate your company's branding, logos, colors, fonts, and Corporate Identity Guidelines to ensure the final content aligns with your brand.
What types of events do you cover?
I specialise in corporate events, conferences, leadership summits, awards ceremonies, networking events, product launches, and business functions. Weddings are not included.
What deliverables can I expect?
Depending on your package, deliverables may include an event highlight reel, speaker highlights, interviews, and professional event photography. Social media reels will be charged at an additional $85 per 60 second reel.
