With over 15 years experience in the artistic live and studio world and a Bachelor in Jazz Piano and Pedagogy, I can provide you with different learning approaches that are tailored exactly to your skill level. You'll discover playing with chords, improvising, music theory, piano technique and transcribing in your own pase!

I am a studied, award winning musician, producer and educator from germany. I have professional experience on stage through touring with bands, playing tv-broadcasted shows and leading different projects as an active musician. A lot of my work happens in the studio as well like CD recordings, studio and writing sessions. My field of genres ranges from jazz, pop, electronic music to film and game soundtracks. In the past I wrote original music for some short films and videogames. I love to compose and produce music and be very detailed about my work.

    I've done a few lessons with Jan-Peter, and he is very knowledgable and has made learning the piano very interesting and exciting. I would recommend to anybody wanting to learn the piano and am looking forward to future lessons!

    He responds very quickly to requests. I booked a lesson with him to improve my improvisation skills. He has incredible knowledge and I look forward to more lessons. By the way: I play trumpet. But that desn't matter for improvisation.
