Do you handle shipping and customs?
I provide FOB pricing and estimated sea freight so you know landed costs upfront. Your freight forwarder handles shipping and customs clearance. I can recommend forwarders if needed.
What's the minimum order quantity?
Most of my partner factories accept 50-200 pcs per SKU - much lower than the typical 500+ MOQ you'll find on your own.
Can you source custom acrylic products?
I focus on standard display holders (L-stands, T-stands, brochure holders, card holders, sign clips). No custom molding or complex fabrication - that keeps prices low and quality predictable.
How do I know your prices are good?
Every report includes a benchmark against public market rates. If a factory quote is more than 20% above the market low, I tell you it's not competitive.
Do you charge a commission from factories?
No. I work for the buyer only. My fees are flat and transparent - that's the whole point of an independent coordinator.
What happens after the first order?
For repeat orders I offer ongoing order coordination at 5-8% of order value (custom offer), covering production follow-up and pre-shipment QC.
