I'm a reader, and I'm a writer. I focus on fantasy and sci-fi, but I'm open to anything. Send me your work, and I'll answer these questions: 

 - Which parts did or didn't I like?

 - Did I connect with your characters? 

 - Did I understand what you're trying to say? 

 - Do I want to read more of your story? 

 - Would I re-read it? 

 - Finally, and most importantly, why did I say what I said?

My job is to tell you how your work impacts me, not how to change it. It's your story, not mine. However, I can offer suggestions, as long as you understand the following:

 - You must ask specifically for me to offer suggestions.

 - I'm not an editor. (If I find something seriously wrong, though, I'll let you know.)

Drafts at any stage are fine, complete or incomplete, as are synopses and outlines.

The bottom line is this: you can't get where you want to go if you don't know where you are. I'll give you my thoughts in a way that won't coddle you, but I will support you. At the end of the day, I hope to help you get closer to where you want to be.
