I would be pleased to be your beta reader and read your work.

When reviewing a manuscript. I am an active beta reader. I am checking in with myself asking questions.

How is the dialog in the story?

Do I like the characters? Are they one or two dimensional?

Was there good world building in your story?

Are there long tracks of explaining or "info dumps" that detract?

How does a character's motivations fit the character?

Realism vs fantasy? Does it work? Is there enough believability for the genre? Can I tell what genre you are writing in?

I offer in document comments so that you receive a beta reader's primary impression while reading.

 I also provide a beta reader's report or a summary reader's report depending on the length of your work and time allowed after reading.

 In reports, I look at the overall work, answer any specific questions you've asked me to or items to look for and try to help with where I see improvements that could be made. If a story is boring, I will tell you, because if I don't who will.

However, I am not going to line edit your manuscript, but I will make mark something that leaves me feeling distracted or feeling lost.
