What do you need to start?

Which embroidery formats do you provide?
I can provide DST, PES and JEF files. Please contact me before ordering if you need another format.
Can you resize an embroidery file?
Yes, I can make minor size adjustments. Large size changes may require the design to be digitized again.
Is physical embroidery included?
No. This Gig provides digital machine-embroidery files and preview images only.
Can you digitize complex logos or small lettering?
Yes, but please send the artwork before ordering so I can check its detail, size and complexity.
What is the best file to send?
Vector files such as AI, EPS, SVG or PDF are best. Clear PNG and JPG images are also accepted.
