Music videos have their own color problems: performance footage is often underexposed, stage and practical lighting throws hard color casts and the grade needs to match the energy of the track, not just look nice in a still frame.
I work with artists and production teams to build a look that fits the song high-contrast and saturated for something aggressive, soft and warm for something intimate while keeping skin tones clean even under colored stage lighting, which is where a lot of music video grades fall apart.
