FAQ
What kind of bugs do you fix?
Frontend (React/Vanilla JS/CSS), backend (Node/Firebase functions/express basics), deployment errors, configuration issues, runtime exceptions, and simple API integration problems. If the bug requires heavy architecture work, I’ll quote separately.
Do you need access to production?
I prefer staging for safety. If production access is required, provide credentials and confirm a rollback plan or a maintenance window.
Which hosts do you deploy to?
Netlify, Vercel, Firebase Hosting, Heroku, simple VPS (SSH), and GitHub Actions / CI workflows. If you use an uncommon host, we’ll check compatibility before starting.
What if the fix introduces regressions?
Standard includes basic tests & smoke checks. Premium includes post-deploy monitoring for 3 days. If a regression appears, I’ll prioritize a fix or rollback per the agreed plan.
How many revisions?
Basic/Standard include 1 minor revision; Premium includes 2. Major scope changes require a new order or extra fee.
Refunds?
If I cannot meet the agreed scope, I’ll refund or provide a partial fix. I prefer to leave clients satisfied.
